Why is it some hair grows out at an angle on the sides instead of straight down? how is that prevent

I see some hair grows out at an angle but previously before hair grows straight down on the sides? why does that happen is it like a genetic change or something?

Hair growth is like a fingerprint. The hair follicles(roots) don't change. They grow in different directions causing what we call growth patterns. If the hair is long and heavy it will appear to grow down because of the weight. When it is cut shorter it has less weight and will stick out.

you can't really prevent that because it is a genetic trait. the only way to prevent that is to shave it all off.

It's called Mother Nature.
