First, after you take a shower blow it upside-down. Not to add volume but because when you pull your head up it is already straighter so it is easier to use the straightening iron. Just go to somewhere like Gene Juarez or another good hair salon and get a good straightener;;then ask them if there are some things that would be right for your hair. What I use is something called B.B straight it is in the B.B brand and you can find it at GEne Juarez.com YOu just put it in your hair before you dry it and then it helps get it super straight! a chi straightener.. they're amazing. i've never seen someone not use it and not come out with 'pin straight' hair. just be careful cuz using it too much will give you split ends, and fry your hair, even if you use it one time. chi's are around $100, but they're worth it! goodluck!
