Girls at my school will have their hair completely straight, but still straighten it. Why?? Do they have nothing better to do?

Right now, straightening hair is a HUGE trend. Because it's really popular to have straight hair, girls want the straightest hair possible, and they claim that they're hair really isn't as straight as it is. In other words, they're burning they're hair in stupidity.

i striaghten my hair and mine is straight already. i do it becauseit still makes a difference. when i straighten my hair it gives it a perfect look but without it its still fine. i nll dd it once in a while.

If you straighten your hair and already have straight hair it can help tame fly aways and maybe smooth out a slight wave in the hair if you dried it with a kink in it. I straighten my hair if i maybe washed it the day before and don't feel like washing it and drying it the next day, but that isn't often.

All of the girls in my class have curly or wavy hair and I am the ONLY one with super straight hair! All of the girls in my class straighten their hair and say it is natural even though I know its not because I have seen it wet and it dries curly and frizzy. They all want my hair but I hate having long, straight hair! People don't understand how hard it is to style.

My hair is pin straight and I straighten mine every time I wash it. I do it because it makes it smoother and more managable. It keeps the tangles out longer and the ends dont looks as split.

My hair is naturally straight, but you can never have naturally 'super straight here'. Theres always just even a little wave to it. Personally, I find my hair is never straight enough. I can spend two hours sitting on the couch, watching television, while straightening my hair. By the end of the day, It won't curl up or wave anywhere, It'll stay that silky, perfectly straight. (:
