Okay honey slow down.. it is a really easy process and you only have to buy some oil.... This ALWAYS works for me!!!!

2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 drops of lavender oil, 1 drop of eucalyptus. Put in a bowl and heat in microwave for about 15 to 20 seconds (should be warm to the touch). Saturate your hair (you might need more if you have longer hair...) and wrap it in plastic wrap. Then put a warm hat on (wool works great) and let sit for 30mins to an hour. Wash off with cold water and let air dry. When you wake up the next morning your hair will be really really oily, just hop in the shower and wash your hair like normal. If you will do this once every two weeks your hair will be softer and shinier and definitely not brittle.

BTW you don't have to use the lavender and eucalyptus if you don't have it... it just scents it so your hair smells good too.

Let your hair "rest". Don't use any hot irons or other products on your hair for a month. Also, use deep conditioning products once a week.

I would get Biologe hydrating shampoo and conditioning balm. I would also use Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny serum, you put about a dime sized amount in your hair ands work it through wet hair. It protects your hair from heat and keeps it from getting frizzy. Also maybe once a month go to your stylist and get a deep conditioning treatment. If you don't have a lot of money get the super skinny, its awesome!

Alright, well I would suggest using deep-conditioning and repairing shampoo every other day. Washing your hair every day isnt good for it, it washes the natural oils out, so thats a no-no!! But using a repairing and conditioning shampoo would definitely help. I suggest aussie products, they hydrate your hair and make it soft and shiny. ;) Also, when you straighten your hair, use heat protectant. It protects your hair from burning when using the flat iron. If at any time you smell smoke or see it coming from the flat iron when your straightening your hair.. turn the heat down! That is your hair burning! Click the link below to read about heat protectants. It lists all the top of the line products you can buy to protect your hair from that flat iron..

Another helpful tip would be to buy a very good straightener. Make sure its ceramic, because they dont hurt your hair as much as others. And if you do buy one where you can adjust the heat, set it at medium, because it will still straighten it just wont use as much heat. :) And of course, fruits and vegetables are good altogether for the health and growth of your hair ;) So.. good straightener, good shampoo, heat protectant, and a healthy diet should help protect your hair. ;)

And you dont need to straighten it EVERY DAY, put it up every now and then!!! Hope this helps ;)

when you're in the shower wash your hair twice, then when you condition it let the conditioner sit for like 3 minuets.. do it every day.. or go to a drug store or a hair supply store and look for a hair restoring product.. (:

You have to use a "thermal protectant" It negated damage done by blow drying and straight irons. It changed my life 5 years ago cause i always straighten my hair, everyday! I use Joyco brand "integrity" thermal protectant...it is a spray on b4 you blow dry type of leave in conditioner/protectant you can get at any beauty supply store for 10$ i HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, i thank my hair stylist profusely for the info! Good luck!

make sure to always use a iron guard product. they are a litl expensive. but he money is worth it to prevent burned hair. once it is burned there is not much you can do but repairing treatments. they are more expensive and they don't work all the time.
