It depends on how much body your hair has. I have bone straight hair, and I got the posh haircut. It looks awesome. Layering will give you some body, but make sure the haircut you do get, also allows you the amount of time you want to spend on it. Mine takes about 2 minutes to style if that.

best advice... look through a magazine (like cosmopolitan) and find a hair do that best matches your personality... (even if it your inner personality that you do not show)... and take the pic and have your hairdresser work from it. it is the best way to get something that you want and have a general idea of what it is going to look like. -best of luck :0)

Layer it, probably using the razor (have them razor cut it with the shears), so your ends won't be blunt (aka straight across).
