use a flat iron. you don't necessarily need products. spray a little hairspray on the piece that you want to stay and use a flat iron to curl it the way you want it to go.

try putting on some gel before straightin it or get a straight perm for like 20-30 bucks

Have you tried hair wax? i'm sure you can find it anywhere like Sally's. I remember buying mine at Target when I was into the straight hair thing. The wax kind of molds your hair straight when you use the straightener.

The one I'm talking about is light green and comes in a small round clear plastic container about the size of your palm. But I'm sure there's other hair wax products.

oh, my hair my hair used been naturally straight like that and would flip out too!Maby you don't spend enough time straightening it!Well the best to manage your hair is a little bit of mouse(Tresseme')and a lot of hairspray(Suave and/orTresseme')It works for me when i straighten my hair though i think Tresseme' may cost a lot so if it does then go with suave.

umm a hair straightener??? what's wrong with that?Mine works perfectly you probably just don't have a good one. Get a conair or an ion (both work well). i have really straight hair and they make mine really straighter it's amazing.
